Apply to Vend

The 2026 Magical Girls Festival vendor applications closed on May 17, 2026. All vendors will receive an email on their application status on May 31, 2026.

The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 10 AM - 10 PM at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY. (The vendor area will close at 7 PM.) If chosen, the nonrefundable vendor fee is $50 for a virtual table, $115 for a shared table, and $225 for a solo table.

If you opt in to our virtual marketplace, your information will be displayed on our website until June 30, 2027.
