The 2026 Magical Girls Festival vendor applications closed on May 17, 2026. All vendors received an email on their application status on May 31, 2026.
Due to popular demand, we’ve added a waitlist application here. Applications will be chosen on a rolling basis.
If availability opens and your application is moved off the waitlist, we will email you as soon as possible (by Aug. 31, 2026 at the latest).
If you do not hear back by Aug. 31, 2026, unfortunately, your application cannot be approved for the 2026 Magical Girls Festival.
The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 10 AM - 10 PM at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY. (The vendor area will close at 7 PM.) If chosen, the nonrefundable vendor fee is $50 for a virtual table, $115 for a shared table, and $225 for a solo table.
If you opt in to our virtual marketplace, your information will be displayed on our website until June 30, 2027.
