What is the Magical Girls Festival?

The Magical Girls Festival is a day-long celebration of magical girls! Established in 2024, the one-day market is filled with vendors, programming, activities, giveaways, and more inspired by magical girl anime and manga.

This one-of-a-kind event is a creation of Moonies Club, a creative production company dedicated to building inclusive and innovative community-centered events and media.

The Magical Girls Festival will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Brooklyn’s Japan Village located at 934 3rd Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11232. Directions can be found here.

Japan Village is also home to Book Off, Daiso, Bandai Namco, Sunrise Mart, JTunes Karaoke Bar, Taro's Origami, and more!

How much does it cost?

The Magical Girls Festival’s tickets are available as pay-what-you-wish, which goes into helping us put together an amazing event! Our suggested donation ask if $10. Register here.
